Memory and history are one in the same. The Philippines is a story-telling culture. Fragmented memories tell of a personal history, which occasionally becomes the collective history. As in many histories, women rarely possess the opportunity to share their experiences. This section will give individuals a chance to read some examples of their work in the effort to represent and rethink the history we were given.
